Sales & Leasing Associate
Position Summary:
Provide quality commercial real estate brokerage services to tenants and landlords in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area.
Position Responsibilities:
- New business development through prospect research and solicitation
- Working in a close team environment where opportunities for new business are frequently
- shared and progress meetings are held regularly.

Qualifications:
Education and Work Experience:
- Bachelors degree or 2-5 years of commercial real estate or sales experience
- Strong quantitative, written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Excellent teamwork and leadership skills
Knowledge and Skills:
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, CoStar
- Strong problem solving and analytical capacities
- Self motivated and entrepreneurial
- Time management skills
